Screen Print Workshop @ Platform Studios - Fredrick

Yesterday May 3, 2013 Street-Level got together and packed their bags and went on a journey. Okay maybe I’m stretching it a little far, seeing how Ashland and Hubbard isn’t too far the “Head Quarters”. Okay a little too much information let’s get to the point. A group from Street-Level, Fredrick, Tamairis, and Erin, went to a T-shirt screen printing workshop to learn how to make graphics on shirts using photo emulsion, and paper stencils. They also got to interact with other people from YOUmedia and Hive Fashion and people interested and the same thing that they are or around the same lines. I must say it was a great experience, watching everyone mingle and take in information. Truly this was all about creativity and everyone brought a different aspect to the workshop. A comfortable environment was created were they could express themselves and be their own person and let new people into their world. It was an amazing time and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves while learning.
